What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve efficiency, and to provide reporting information. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tags.
How Cookies Are Used
We use cookies to keep the site secure and functional, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used, and — where you consent — to support marketing and affiliate attribution.
Optional cookies and the third-party scripts that set them are not loaded until you allow the matching category. Until then, only the necessary cookies listed below are used.
Cookie Categories
Necessary Cookies
Essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and remember your cookie choice.
Analytics Cookies
Help us measure and improve site performance. Covers Google Tag Manager (and the tags it loads).
Marketing & Affiliate Cookies
Support campaigns and credit affiliates for referrals. Covers Mautic and our own affiliate and referral attribution cookies.
Functional & Support Cookies
Enable optional conveniences such as the Intercom support chat, including keeping your conversation history between visits.

Third-Party Cookies
Google and Intercom set cookies under their own policies once you allow the matching category. Payments are completed on our payment providers' hosted checkout pages, so any cookies they use are set on their domains and are governed by their own policies.
Cookie Duration
"Session" cookies are deleted when you close your browser. "Persistent" cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Durations for each cookie are listed in the table above.
How Users Can Manage Cookies
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies, or choose categories individually. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
